Products can be returned in an unused condition within 30 days from purchase. Exclusions include earrings, soaps and food items. 

Should an item be faulty or defective please contact us to let us know and we will discuss a refund within 30 days from purchase.

We aim to ship our items within 48 hours from being ordered.
